TRAINING

For this adventure, we chose to focus on endurance training as much as possible. Physical endurance is the most important element in alpinism when you have to carry a heavy bagpack for several hours during several days.

But we didn't forget to train on the technical aspect! Rock or ice climbing, orientation, skiing... all of these need one thing: practice. That's what we did months before the departure, every time we could. The only issue is not harming ourselves before leaving. We want to begin our trip wit a fresh body and mind. That's why we don't force ourselves to push our limits during training. There will be enough limits pushed away during the next months...
